Recent Projects
Berkley Town Hall
The new Berkley Town Hall, to be located on the site of the current town offices, will house the Berkley Town Offices, the Council on Aging and local cable studio in a 9,600 square foot single-story building.
Dracut Town Hall
The Dracut Town Hall is a new two-story building located in the heart of town, directly across from the Moses Greeley Parker Memorial Library. The building will be home to the Town Clerk and administrative offices, as well as a large meeting room after hours when the town hall is closed.
Shute Memorial Library
Renovations to the historic Shute Memorial Library in Everett, Massachusetts include significant improvements to the existing interior and the addition of a new wing. The renovated structure will include a new accessible entrance on street level, and elevator and new central stairwell, new reading areas and a children’s craft room.
ECC Servery, Bridgewater State University
The renovation of the Servery in the East Campus Center of Bridgewater State University both updates mechanical systems and improves the range and presentation of food options to reflect the changing demands of the BSU student body. Construction is expected to be complete during the Summer 2013 academic season.
Randall Public Library
The Randall Public Library, located in Stow, Massachusetts, is a project currently in Design Development. Johnson Roberts Associates is exploring two plans for improvements to the existing library.
South Hadley Public Library
The South Hadley Public Library is a new two-story library to be located on a bluff overlooking the Holyoke Dam on the Connecticut River. This project is slated to begin construction Spring 2013.
Granby Public Library
The New one story library has been designed to recall the architecture of the old library building while providing modern library services.
The project is currently under construction. Completion of the building is slated for Fall 2013.
Helen Matthes Public Library
The new Helen Matthes Library will be housed in a former bank building located in downtown Effingham, Illinois.
The City has recently announced purchase of the property for conversion to the library and is currently in Construction Documents phase.
Mark Skinner Public Library
The new Mark Skinner Public Library will be located in an Historic district in Manchester, Vermont. The building has been designed to reflect the local architectural heritage.
The project is currently in Schematic Design phase.
Belmont Memorial Library
The new Belmont Memorial Library is organized on two levels with public reading areas located along the street.
The project is currently on the waiting list for a construction grant from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
