Johnson Roberts Associates has signed on to the AIA 2030 Commitment. Buildings are the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the United States. However, the AIA 2030 Commitment aims to change that. Through energy-efficient design, the AIA 2030 Commitment strives for all new buildings and major renovations to be carbon neutral by 2030. This approach results in buildings that are better for the environment while also more comfortable and healthier for the people who use them. Environmentally friendly design has always been integral to our work at Johnson Roberts Associates, so we’re excited to pursue the goal of carbon-neutral design by 2030.
