Johnson Roberts Associates undertook a number of studies to uncover new solutions for Leicester Public Schools. These studies included the following:
- a comprehensive physical conditions assessment of the five-building network
- confirmation of projected enrollment
- re-programming of grades PK-12 educational infrastructure
- development of master planning options (along with individual costing and implementation/scheduling implications)
Johnson Roberts Associates facilitated this process through the use of public visioning workshops. The studies led to the development of multiple options for the educational re-alignment of grades and an associated consolidation of facilities.
