We’ve Been Busy


During the ongoing pandemic we’ve been able to accomplish quite a bit. Here’s some of our recent activity:

  • Started our design work on the new Greenfield Public Library.
  • Continued construction administration on the new Public Safety Building in Essex, MA.
  • Started our design work on the rehabilitation of Cambridge City Hall.
  • Started design work on the rehabilitation of Cambridge’s River Street and Lexington Avenue Fire Stations.
  • Started and completed the construction of the thermal improvements to DCR’s Scusset Beach garage.
  • Completed design documents for interior improvements to the Wellesley Public Library.
  • Completed design documents for the exterior improvements to DCR’s Building 45 in the Hingham shipyard.
  • Completed the DCAMM study for the next phase of work at Worcester State University’s library.
  • Started construction administration on the renovation of 255 Bent Street for the Community Charter School of Cambridge.
  • Interviewed for, was awarded, and started our design work on the rehabilitation / expansion of Cohasset Town Hall.
  • Interviewed for, was awarded, and started our design work on the rehabilitation of DCR’s Veterans Memorial Pool Bathhouse.
  • Executed the study for the rehabilitation of DCR’s Randolph Avenue Stable in Milton, MA.
  • Hired Will Ragano as our new Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer.
  • Completed design documents and commenced construction of the boiler replacement at Salem Public Schools’ Bentley Academy.
  • Completed the construction of Hadley Library.
  • Held a virtual edition of Library:NEXT.
  • Completed the HVAC protocol for the post COVID-19 opening of public buildings in Cambridge.
  • Completed the HVAC protocol for the post COVID-19 opening of all Cambridge Public School buildings.
  • Completed design documents for the exterior screening of UML’s East Parking Garage.
  • Started our design work on new shower/toilet facilities for DCR’s Peddocks Island Visitor Center.
