We are now actively seeking a Job Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and implementation of architectural projects, within a set budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members. 


  • Establish and monitor project goals, timeline, and deliverables
  • Drive technical aspects of design process
  • Provide mentorship to design team members


  • Professional architectural degree preferred but not required
  • Strong technical and design skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Experience with public bidding c. 149 preferred but not required
  • Experience with Vectorworks or other BIM preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to multi-task in an architectural design office

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Recent graduate, holding a 5-year bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BArch) or a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from an Accredited College or University.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience under the direct supervision of a Registered Architect.
