JRA Designer Bojana Cemazar is now a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC)

Big congratulations to our talented designer Bojana Cemazar for earning her certification as a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) from Phius!

Passive Building design and construction represent the pinnacle of energy efficiency, comfort, durability, and quality. It surpasses stringent regulations like the Massachusetts Stretch Energy Code (Stretch Code). By integrating passive design strategies such as a high-performance building envelope (including well-insulated walls, slab, and roof, along with high-performance windows, air-tightness, and minimal thermal bridges), Passive Houses drastically reduce heating and cooling costs. This translates to a remarkable reduction of up to 90% in operational carbon emissions compared to conventional buildings.

JRA takes immense pride in our mission to craft community spaces that will serve future generations exceptionally. We firmly believe in investing in our employees to help make the world a better place to live, work, and play.

Bojana’s achievement exemplifies our commitment to excellence and sustainability. Here’s to building a brighter, greener future together!

As someone deeply passionate about sustainable architecture, this accomplishment fills me with immense joy. My mission is clear: to create energy-efficient, top-quality buildings for everyone, not just for the privileged few. Inclusiveness is a big part of sustainability, as well.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of my network. A heartfelt thank you to my inspiring team at Johnson Roberts Associates for their constant encouragement and belief in my professional journey.
