Libraries have been a valuable staple of cities and towns for a very long time. This collection shows the wide variety of designs that have served the book-loving public over the years — as well as the common elements that many share. A high-quality library can be a great source of community pride and a valuable source of learning and interaction. We are proud to have designed over 60 of them and built more than 35 over the past three decades (perhaps more than any other New England architectural firm), and we’ve completed nearly 100 feasibility studies.
